There are a ton of little ways you could be wasting money (some even every day) and you might not even realize it!
You might have mastered your monthly budget, but it never hurts to have extra income to help out. Finding ways to make extra money in your spare time (if you have it) is a great way to add to your savings, or give yourself a little extra spending cash.
We only have about 4 weeks left until our new addition is expected to arrive, and I’d like to think we’re pretty well-prepared. As you could imagine, I’ve been doing a fair amount of shopping in order to get ready.
Spending less doesn’t necessarily mean cutting out ALL of the fun stuff. There are ways to enjoy things you love doing while still staying within your budget.
This year, for us, is all about saving more and spending less.
Since we’ve tried to eliminate as much extra spending as we can on going out to eat (check out our January Savings Challenge here), you might wonder if our grocery budget has changed at all. We’re already watching our savings grow just by prepping our own food and eating at home more often, but shopping smart can help you save even more money!
Life can be hectic sometimes, and we can lose track of things on occasion. Don’t let your finances be one of them!
A new year has begun, and I’m in the mood for something fresh!
Happy New Year! A new year is a great time to start fresh and look forward to the future.
It’s finally time to say goodbye to 2015!
