The cherries are then put into water and sorted. Next, the last layers of dry skin and fruit residue are removed. The coffee is then spread out on a brick patio under the sun to allow for drying. The good beans are then picked out of the bunch, with the bad ones being discarded. The next process is the most important and involves the roasting of the beans. The beans go through a 9-part roasting process, where the beans are roasted in 465-527 degrees for about 30 minutes. After the roasting process, the beans go through polishing. The coffee is now ready to be shipped to the customer.

Amora Coffee also offers tea. It also goes through an extensive process before being sent to customers. The tea is 100% organic and biodegradable. The tea leaves are picked from some of the world-famous tea estates across the world. Only the new growth from the tea leaves are picked so that each bag of tea can be fresh, flavorful, and of high quality. The tea bags are hand-assembled in small batches.
